Please reach out to a member of our team if you have any questions not covered here.

The payslip I have received does not reflect the most recent changes I have sent to NannyPaye.
If you have sent any changes through in the last 5 working days these will be with out payroll team who will update and resend you a copy of your nanny’s payslip. We always endeavour for changes to be made within 2 working days however at busier points in the month this is not always possible.
If it has been more than 5 working days since you submitted your change, please do contact the team directly.
What is the password for my payslip?
The password for your payslip is your postcode in all capitals with no space by default.
What amount do I pay the nanny?
You will need to pay your nanny the net pay shown on the payslip in the bottom right-hand corner, this is their pay after all withholding have been made so they do not need to pay anything further from this.
When do I pay the PAYE Tax and NI contributions?
Most of our clients are due to pay HMRC quarterly and we will provide you with a bill nearer the time detailing the exact breakdown of the payment that is due to HMRC.
The payments are due in April, July, October and January in each instance by the 22nd of the corresponding month.
When do I pay the Pension contributions?
If you are using either the Standard or Salary Sacrifice NannyPaye Pension service, we raise the payment with NEST on your behalf.
For most client who pay monthly this is at the start of the next month (by 10th) and if your nanny is paid weekly then two weeks in arrears.
What are the total pension contributions I will need to pay?
The employer contribution comes additionally to the gross pay and is listed in the bottom left corner of the payslip under “ER Pension”.
This is paid to the pension provider in addition to the employee contribution listed.
The pension label says UNPAID, what does this mean?
This means that our pension service fee is currently outstanding, please reach out to a member of the team here or check your email for our renewal request.
I have multiple employees but can only see one payslip?
If you have multiple employees then all generated payslips should be contained within one attachment, please ensure that you check the document for multiple pages.
Once checked, if you cannot see payslips, you were expecting please reach out to our payroll team.
The PAYE Tax Figure is negative/has an ‘R’ next to it?
This is due to your nanny having a tax rebate and having overpaid in tax so far this tax year. You should continue to pay the net pay in the bottom right-hand corner and we will adjust for the rebate through your next Tax Bill.
My employee has left do I need to pay this to them now?
Your employee’s pay will still be due to them on their normal pay date, not any earlier than usual. However, if you would like to then you can make this payment to them earlier as a one off!
Why is the net pay different from last month?
This can happen for many reasons, the most common is due to a change in tax code. If this has been updated, we should have contacted you separately to inform you of how this change affects you specifically.
If the tax code has not changed, please contact a member of the team at NannyPaye who will be more than happy to assist.
